Rick's Heating is great! This is the second time when I have called because our HVAC system stopped working, and CJ told me what to do to get it working again without having them come out to fix it. The first time it was to replace a fuse, and the second time was to tell me that the error code "Lo 8At" meant low battery (though I guess I should have guessed at that one...). I felt silly, but it fixed my forced air unit! There was a third time I called, and it turned out I needed a professional to fix it, and they came and fixed it right away! They are great, and very fair. A place that tries to help me free of charge over the phone first, is a place that has won my allegiance. This is how to do it right. I now tell everyone this is the best HVAC place in town! Clearly, they are trying to help you, and not rip you off! Thanks!!!"
