"Our heater failed to go on this morning, I called Ricks @ 8:00 am and a technician was at my house by 8:30 am. He diagnosed a blown fuse on the circuit board, replaced it and heater is back up and running! The technician was polite and explained how the system operated. Will definitely use them in the future if needed."
